The Parks Commission is using the money to
provide a much needed scoreboard at the
ball fields at Spirit of '76 Park.
About 180 riders celebrated the 4th of July, 2009, with the Locozoomos at the Tour de Loco. A cool, cloudy, and calm morning greeted the cyclists. The perfect weather would not last as rain moved in mid-morning and lasted a couple of hours. Most of our 10, 30 and 40 mile riders were in before the rains. The 67 and 100 mile riders got a good soaking before finishing under sunny skies.
